Both of our olive oils are certified high phenolic EVOO's, significantly above the standard level of 250 mg/kg set by EU Health Claim 432-2012.

This means that both of these exceptional olive oils deliver powerful antioxidants (with suggested daily intake of 20g) that help protect blood lipids from oxidative stress, a key factor in combating aging and reducing the risk of chronic diseases like diabetes, cancer, and Alzheimer’s.

Our Spanish Extra Virgin Olive Oil:

Flavour profile (palate): Green and fruity flavours of green tomato and artichoke with a balanced bitterness and pungency that persists.
