This 100% extra virgin olive oil from Spain, made exclusively from beloved Picual olives, packed with polyphenols (offering 550 mg/kg). Harvested in October 2024 from the mountainous groves of Arbuniel, Jaén, Spain.

Organically farmed, hand-picked when olives are still green, transported in refrigerated trucks to combat the heat, cold-extracted within a couple of hours and filtered to preserve the premium quality of the extra virgin olive oil.

Finca El Trueno is a labor of love for Rocio and Charles, who transformed their 7-hectare plot into a certified organic farm and a beacon of quality and sustainability. Perched on the rugged slopes of the mountains, their grove offers breathtaking views of a valley awash with olive trees. But behind the beauty lies the hard work: hand-picking olives from steep terrain is no small feat, yet Rocio and Charles approach it with unwavering care. Their meticulous care ensures that the oil reflects not only the health of the olives itself but also the character of the land it comes from. This work and their dedication has not gone unnoticed and Finca El Trueno has earned numerous international awards for their outstanding extra virgin olive oil every year.
