Olive Oil Dip vegan recipe with Grovehood Collective Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Spain

Recipe

Ingredients
  • 100 gr of green pitted olives

  • 3 tsp of capers

  • 3 sun-dried tomato slices

  • ½ bunch of parsley

  • ½ tsp of sea salt flakes

  • 100 ml of Grovehood Collective Spanish Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Picual)

Method
  • Start by chopping all ingredients. Olives, sun dried tomatoes, capers and finely chop the parsley.

  • In a plate add the chopped ingredients and add the olive oil and the sea salt flakes.

  • With a spoon, mix all ingredients together with the olive oil. That’s voila! 

This dip is best paired with a good loaf of sourdough bread or a recently hot baked focaccia! Enjoy and share with us when you try!
