Ingredients

100 gr of green pitted olives

3 tsp of capers

3 sun-dried tomato slices

½ bunch of parsley
-
½ tsp of sea salt flakes

100 ml of Grovehood Collective Spanish Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Picual)
Method

Start by chopping all ingredients. Olives, sun dried tomatoes, capers and finely chop the parsley.

In a plate add the chopped ingredients and add the olive oil and the sea salt flakes.

With a spoon, mix all ingredients together with the olive oil. That’s voila!
This dip is best paired with a good loaf of sourdough bread or a recently hot baked focaccia! Enjoy and share with us when you try!
