
Citrus Cod Crudo
Citrus-kissed cod fillets, finished with a pour of our green, herbaceous Coratina! A plate that proves less is more, especially when each ingredient brings its best!

Ingredients
- Cod fillet (130 gr)
- 1 orange
- 1 lemon
- 2 tsp of capers
- 1 tbsp of honey
- Pepper to taste
- Grovehood Collective Coratina extra virgin olive oil
- Jalapeño pepper
Method
- Start by slicing the cod fillet and let it rest while you make the rest of the preparations
- Extract the juice out of the lemon and the orange juice and mix them together in a bowl
- Mix the juices with the honey until evenly combined
- Now add a splash of olive oil until mixed and reserve
- Thinly slice the jalapeño pepper
- Lay the cod slices as you prefer, and pour evenly on the plate the citrus dressing
- On top of each slice, add one slice of the pepper and sprinkle some of the capers on top
- Finish with some ground pepper and an extra dash of the olive oil for extra smoothness and contrast
